Our client; An Oil and Gas company based in Ibadan, Nigeria is currently in need of suitable candidates for the following position:

Private Principal Secretary

Job Type: Full Time
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND
Experience: 3 – 5 years
Location: Oyo

Private secretary will handle the principal’s schedules. The secretary must set appointments for meetings, Political and business trips, interviews amongst others. The Private secretary will use calendar-based planners to manage Principal’s schedules.

The Private secretary will often manage budgets set by the principal or establish his own budgets based on the principal’s preferences.

He will sometimes represent the principal at his meetings and special events. He will commission work on behalf of the principal and pass along the principal ’s requests to other staff members and stakeholders.


  • University degree required.
  • Three- Five or more years of experience in same role capacity at senior level.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience of dealing with highly confidential information.
  • The demonstrable skills to collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others.
  • Demonstrable diplomacy skills, evidence of diffusing conflict.
  • N.B- Candidates resident in Ibadan will be highly considered due to proximity to work.


Personal Assistant On Media

Job Type: Full Time
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND
Experience: 5 years
Location: Oyo

Responsible for heavy calendar management, travel arrangements, and email and phone communications.

The PA must be comfortable and used to working at a very fast pace

Provide proactive preparation and support for regular and ad hoc events and issues including meetings, conferences, events and communication activities

Handle all issues relating to New media, Social media, electronic and print media


  • University degree required or its equivalent.
  • Candidate must come from media, branding, and communications background.
  • At least five years in a PA capacity working at senior level.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills including Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Dealing with enquiries from the public, press and related organizations.
  • Experience in dealing with Media Houses and News Agencies.
  • Proficiency in at least one major Nigerian Language.
  • Extensive Experience with executive office protocol, confidentiality, business decorum, procedures & processes.
  • N.B- Candidates resident in Ibadan will be highly considered due to proximity to work.
